Many people think of self-confidence as something they either have or don’t, but that’s not the case. Confidence is a skill—one that can be nurtured and strengthened over time. The foundation of self-confidence lies in understanding your strengths and embracing your unique qualities. A significant part of my coaching approach focuses on helping clients recognize their achievements, no matter how small. When you acknowledge what you’re good at and take pride in even your smallest wins, you begin to build a stronger belief in yourself.

A practical tip I often give my clients is toward building self confidence is to take a few minutes each day to reflect on a recent success or effort that made them feel proud. This could be as simple as speaking up in a meeting, completing a challenging task, or even showing kindness in a difficult situation. When you start noticing your own wins, you train yourself to see value in what you bring to the table.
